What was one challenge you had to overcome for this show?
The biggest challenge was deciding which pig to show. My family had 2 really good spot gilts and picking which one I wanted to show was the hardest part.

What was the toughest assignment or class you had to catch up on?
Senior reading was the hardest class to get caught up in. I missed a week of school and had to take 3 test in that class when I got back.

Favorite thing about this particular show?
San Angelo is a more laid back show and doesn’t start as early as San Antonio so I caught up on some sleep!

One thing you loved about your winner?
We kind of share the same attitude, lol! We work really well together.

Favorite celebration restaurant?
That night after the show we went to Western Sky Steakhouse. I had never been there but it was really good!

Any particular family show traditions?
My brother and I have shown together for the past 10 years, he is my biggest competitor and best helper at the same time. If I have to get beat by someone I guess I want it to be him! We have gone back and forth competing with each other all season!
