Tell us a little about your champion:
Her name is Isabel and she comes from Stohlquist Showpigs. She is a super sweet pig and loves jelly beans.

What do your days leading up to a show look like?
Lots of hours in the barn with regular chores (feeding, walking, cleaning pens, rinsing, skin & hair), plus packing the trailer.

Describe the moment you were selected as a champion.
I was really excited and happy that my whole family’s hard work paid off.

Do you prefer summer or winter shows? Why?
I like the summer shows because I can spend more time on the pig project and don’t have to worry about school.

Who’s been your biggest influence?
My parents

Do you and your family raise pigs?
Yes, we raise pigs (Tres Amigos Showpigs) with the Rodibaugh and Everhart families.

What’s your favorite thing to do in the barn?
Once all the chores are done in the morning, I love to rock out to Taylor Swift and play basketball with my brother. I also really like helping farrow & pull pigs.

What’s your favorite thing to do in the summer?
Definitely show pigs, hang out with my friends, play softball, and 4-H Camp.
