What was the most special part about your win?
The best part about this win was being able to say I went out with a bang and having the best show team be there to support me! Having such a blessed show career and walking out of the ring one last time and end the way we did will be a feeling I will never forget!!
What is your favorite thing about your animal?
My favorite thing about my gilt, Ken, was her tail was always wagging. She was always the first pig up when I walked into the barn and she was always excited to go for a walk. She had the cutest face and best personality unlike most hamps!!!
Does your animal have any quirks?
Anytime you put new shavings in her pen she would always bury her head and run in circles as fast as she could. She also would jump out of the wash rack even at 330 pounds!!
What is one thing you hope to accomplish by the end of your show career?
Well… that was the end of my show career and happy to say we went out with a bang and I couldn’t have asked for more!
Who is your biggest role model?
I couldn’t pick just one person. I have had the biggest and best support system but if I had to name a few it would most definitely be my mom and dad, the Danner family, Chad, Mya, and the danner crew! I wouldn’t be where I am today without them!
Favorite hobbies outside of showing livestock?
I love running, hanging out with friends, and playing pickleball!
What is your pre-show routine?
I put my airpods in to focus, put my lucky yellow show shirt on. I give each pig a yogurt for being good show pigs! We wash and paint and hit the ring as hard as we can!
What are some of your showbox essentials?
My lucky Danner brush, oil and paint, chads hidden brush, and lots of blue towels.
