What was the most special part about your win?
Both these pigs were extra special to me in their own way and getting them a win on the big stage was pretty cool!

Copper was always up to a challenge and competing with him in the ring will always be a favorite memory.

One of the best things about the Team Purebred Grand Gilt Drive was being out there with my brother. Even though he beat me.

What is your favorite thing about your animal?
Copper, my Duroc barrow, was extra special. He was one of the first pigs we brought home this year and his great personality made him fun to mess with every day. He was one of those special ones that was never sick and always ready to roll.

Platinum, my Champion York gilt at CPS, showed awesome and never wore out! She was also great haired!

Does your animal have any quirks?
Copper did not like holding his head up. It took us a long time to get him to drive with it up.

Platinum had her tongue hanging out all the time. It was like her signature look!

What is one thing you hope to accomplish by the end of your show career?
One of my goals is to win showmanship on the National stage at either Expo or NJSS.

Who is your biggest role model?
When it comes to showing pigs, someone I look up to is Nalaney Guyer. She will always be one of the best in my opinion.

Favorite hobbies outside of showing livestock?
Volleyball, basketball, livestock judging, and cooking.

What is your pre-show routine?
On show day, I go out early with my mom and help get everything fed and ready to show. I take some time to relax, then get fired up to show with good music and white Gatorade.

What are some of your showbox essentials?
Wintex white, alpha whip, magnet brushes, powderful, and Jimmy shine.
