What was the most special part about your win?
Definitely the group that I have supporting ring side every time.

What is your favorite thing about your animal?
Definitely his curly hair!

Does your animal have any quirks?
Anytime you give him a brush or a towel to keep him occupied he plays with it like a dog and tries to get you to play tug of war with him.

What is one thing you hope to accomplish by the end of your show career?
Since this is my last year we went into this summer with the goal to play in the crossbred since we’ve had success in the purebreds. This goal was definitely exceeded with the cross barrow and cross gilt.

Who is your biggest role model?
My mom and dad. They don’t care who you are or where your from they are always ready to jump in and help the youth succeed in their projects.

Favorite hobbies outside of showing livestock?
Boating on the lake.

What is your pre-show routine?
If there’s a Starbucks in a 15 min radius you bet I’m going there before going to the show.

What are some of your showbox essentials?
Champions choice, pre-show, fluffer combs and butterscotch

Gilts or Barrows?
Both.

Tennis Shoes or Boots?
Tennis shoes for the show but definitely boots for showmanship.

Cats or Dogs?
Dogs by a long shot.

Summer shows.
