We caught up with Mr. Brantley Platt, exhibitor of the Reserve Supreme Champion Breeding Gilt at the 2020 American Royal. Learn a little more about Brantley below!

What was your favorite thing about the American Royal?
This was my first year to show at the Royal and I loved it. A couple of my favorite things were: playing football with my buddies and celebratory dinner at Pierpont’s.

What was one thing you tried different with your project this year?
With each set of pigs this year, we tried to get them broke a little earlier and start workingwith them whenever we could. It helps that my brothers Camden and Hayes want to walk pigs and can help, that is until they get distracted.

What is your favorite show product to use?
Pink Cheetah

What is your favorite brand of show jeans or show shoes?
My fish print boots
